The 825 Trust Plane is operated by 825 Consulting LLC. It coordinates bounded agent workflows, records evidence of completion, and provides customer account and billing access.
Information we process
When you sign in with Google, we receive a provider-issued account identifier used to restore your Trust Plane account. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendars, or your Google password. We process plan, usage, credential metadata, workflow receipts, and support communications needed to provide the service.
Payments and credentials
Stripe processes payment details. Trust Plane stores payment references and subscription state, not full card numbers. Agent credentials are displayed once; the service stores hashes and bounded metadata rather than reusable plaintext tokens.
Workflow data
Do not submit regulated, confidential, or personally identifying content unless a written service agreement explicitly permits it. Public self-service workflows are designed for operating-profile declarations and synthetic demonstrations. Audit records use minimized metadata and digests where practical. Gateway completion events retain full upstream responses in the append-only event log to support replay. A receipt containing a digest does not mean the underlying response has been discarded.
Use, retention, and sharing
We use information to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. We share it only with service providers needed for hosting, authentication, payments, and security, or when legally required.
Our event log keeps a history of account, credential, usage, billing and workflow records. New records are added without removing earlier ones. The service currently has no automatic deletion schedule or fixed retention period for that history. Expiring or revoking a credential stops access but does not erase its historical identifiers, hashes or billing records. Backup retention and a complete account-data export and erasure process are not yet established.
Your choices
You can sign out, revoke credentials, and contact us about account access or your data. The service cannot currently physically erase individual account, credential or billing records from the event log. A request to support does not itself erase those records. We will explain the available steps and limitations before taking action. Keep your account reference private and never send credentials or payment-card details to support.
